After a long year, Season 01 finishes with Internacional crowned the Champions. In a twist of fate, Grêmio's ultimate rivals topped the table for weeks and did not need help from other matches to win. Grêmio ended up in second, only one victory away from the title.
Max Will said that it is good to be part of the soccer elite ranking second in a difficult tournament, but lamented not being in more matches, which could have changed the situation considerably.
Max Will added: I would have preferred to see any other club winning the title... all but Internacional, that's all. It is tough to see that.
