Miller played for Germany at the FIFA World Cup™ Qualifiers this week, giving it all to help with the qualification. Unfortunately, at the end of the first half, he fell on his arm and got injured. He was playing incredibly well until then, earning a hat trick in the first half.
With the injury, Miller stayed 5 days out of action, missing a crucial match for Kaiserslautern against Hallescher FC, that was decisive for a possible title win. Without Miller, the team lost and slipped on the 3. Liga table to the 3rd spot. Not having Miller on the team affected the ability to create chances to score and to organise the team offensively.
